Right of the Month

In 1989, governments across the world adopted the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), recognising that all children have the right to be treated with dignity and fairness, to be protected, to develop to their full potential and to participate.

At Westwood we display a "right each month" and use this to promote discussions, lessons and assemblies.

The right of the month of January is....

Article 27 – I have the right to be listened to and taken seriously.

Each month, there will be an activity to go alongside the right to promote discussion and support you in working towards the right.

For January the activity is:

To complete the form sent out by the healthy heroes to share your views and have you input into the Caffi Cymraeg.
