A number of our Year 5 Mini Police represented Westwood today, participating in Buckley

Today,  our school was represented in Buckley by Westwood's Heddlu Bach (mini police). The children participated in the Remembrance Walk before attending  a beautiful service at St. Matthews' Church. The children also  paid their respects at the memorial for Fred Birks (VC),  and with PCSO Rachael Duddle the children lay a wreath of poppies at the war memorial on Precinct Way. 

It was a privilege to walk with the children and with the staff and parents who came along with us too.
